This  result is a lovely Laguna Beach charmer. The Summit house program was to convert a charming two bedroom, two bath single story cottage into a more livable three bedroom, two bath, two story home.  The project won honorable mention in the Laguna Beach Architectural Guild First Annual Design Competition.
