This building is on a prominent corner in the heart of Laguna Beach, CA, just across Cliff Drive from the Laguna Art Museum. Architect designed and built in 1960, owned by the same family for years and with an anchor tenant ready to move its operations to the internet, when the new owners bought it they knew it was ready for an upgrade. Bob jumped at the chance to work on the building because he has been a tenant for the past 25 or so years and has lots of knowledge of the building and site, and lots of ideas. The plan keeps the basic footprint of the original building but brings increased accessibility, improved tenant space options, lots of light and air and a fresh, attractive look to this important part of the Laguna Beach Commercial district.
