The Pasin residence is located in a private seaside community and is situated just across the street from the line of ocean front homes in the community. The home was a non-conforming residence with a second unit over the garage. This family wanted to bring the house into conformity, improve the functionality of their home, and take best advantage of their views. Our solutions was to link or “in-fill” the space between the residence and the garage resulting in a gain in living space but no enlargement of the basic footprint made by the two buildings. The resulting home will be an asset to the neighborhood as well as to this growing family.
