An elegant makeover is just what this home needed.  A 70's style home with unused and wasted interior spaces and no access to the back yard, we have worked with the new owners to expand the interior and improve the flow of space inside and out. The exterior is evocative of our elegant Montage Resort here in Laguna Beach. The beautifully landscaped yard is now completely accessible and we were able to add a full story beneath the house which made room for an extra bedroom and an ocean view work out room.
