We did a contemporary remodel of this home situated in beautiful Three Arch Bay, Laguna Beach. Sitting on a hillside with gorgeous views of the town and the Pacific Ocean this home was in need of an update.  The owners wanted more space as well. This solution will be a complement to the neighborhood with its warm contemporary elegance. We enlarged the home without adding to the footprint of the building by adding a floor between the original house and its garage. The family has more space and the neighborhood remains the same.
