A few additions created this home into a host's dream space. From the entrance you are greeted with this added glass wine cellar, then welcomed through the open floorplan to the multipurpose backyard where a greater transformation refined the outdoor space.
By repurposing an addition closet space, the entry was transformed. The glass design enhances the open floorplan and adds a visual element to the living space.
To maximize the already open layout in the backyard we utilized aluminum shading. During the hot summer days, the pool is open to direct sunlight and with just the touch of a button the shades close over the patio creating a cool lounge space.
